Founded in 1980, Tuck-It-Away has grown to become a storage solutions company in NY and NJ. This family-owned business established themselves as a leader in the storage industry in the tri-state area. The challenge for them wasn’t seeing rapid customer growth and the physical storage business was moving quickly online.
I noticed an opportunity and wanted to reinvigorate their brand communications and clarify all of their full-service offerings. Moreover, had a great idea to create a new business for them by bringing a closet directly to your apartment, on-demand called ClosetGo. A bold visual brand was created with core identity comprising of brand ID and symbol that conveys movement supported by lifestyle photography. This combination played into the design of the website and app. We also developed the strategy and integrated Print, TV, Grass Roots (Truck Fleet) campaign that involved every touch point, including launch advertising and digital platforms. In order to help them generate new sales leads and awareness, we focused on their core target demographic and locations to drive traffic.
