Jerry Chu is the founder of The Stitch Effect, a Brand Marketing Boutique that focuses on strategy and design. We create inspirational content and seed the market through influential decision makers, media and corporate reach to generate buzz, awareness and revenue.
He brings 16 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams of marketers, strategists, designers and production to businesses and helps them grow; from their services, products, in-store and customer experience. His diverse industry background and client mix have included Proximo Spirits, Admiration Foods, W Hotels, Hackerati, Reebok, etc. In 2013, an early bluetooth pioneer, Jerry founded the award-winning lifestyle consumer electronics brand, NOIZY. Their mission is to promote physical activity and social engagement through art, music and technology.
Prior to venturing on his own, Jerry was under the mentorship of Brand Guru, Peter Arnell (Arnell Group/Omnicom), where he championed strategic and creative roles on brand creation and redevelopment programs for 7 years. As Managing Director, he led teams in brand experiences and communication for many innovative projects in various industries that were catalysts of change, including brand development for the renowned Fontainebleau resort (Miami & Las Vegas), GOOP, new products for The Home Depot, and the global rebranding of Pepsi.
Jerry is a guest speaker to the NYU Stern School of Business & Siena College Mentorship Program.
